London, 29 August 2019. The Constantinian Order enjoys excellent relations with the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. The British and Irish Delegation count among our active delegation chaplains, Rt Rev Bishop Hlib Lonchyna and the Most Rev Bishop Kenneth Nowakowski. At their invitation the British and Irish Delegate, Mr Anthony Bailey OBE recently travelled out to Lviv and to Kyiv to see at first hand the remarkable work which this Catholic institution plays in Ukraine and in Britain.
On 11 October 2019, the Ukrainian Catholic University in conjunction with the Ukrainian Catholic Foundation (UK Registered charity 1136260) and the Ukrainian Institute London, will host a black tie fundraising dinner in support of the University. Further to my earlier communication, The Delegation shall be taking three tables.
The gala dinner will take place at the House of Lords, Palace of Westminster, London SW1 hosted by Rt Hon Earl of Oxford & Asquith OBE. The evening will include a three course meal together with a musical performance and other entertainment. The gala event will commence at 7pm with carriages at 10:30pm. The dress code will be black tie. Tickets are available from £150 each. Corporate and individual sponsorship packages are also available details of which may be obtained through the chancery.
