Maynooth – July 2003. The Delegate of the British and Irish Delegation, H.E. Anthony Bailey, accompanied by Vice-Delegate Senator Donal Lydon, attended the annual mass and investiture of the Irish Lieutenancy of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre. The ceremonies took place at Maynooth College, near Dublin, and were presided over by His Grace The Most Reverend Sean Brady, Archbishop of Armagh and Catholic Primate of All Ireland.
