London – April 2005. The Delegate for the British and Irish Delegation of the Constantinian Order, HE Mr Anthony Bailey, attended a Reception in honour of the Reserve Forces and Uniformed Organisations at the Town Hall, in Kensington, London on 21 April 2005.
The invitation was extended to the Constantinian Order by the Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Councillor Barry Phelps, who thanked the Order for its support of voluntary and charitable bodies based within the Royal Borough as well as nationally.
