Rome, November 2011. The Grand Master of the Constantinian Order has decreed the promotion of the British and Irish Delegate, HE Mr Anthony Bailey, to the rank of Knight Grand Cross of Merit of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George.
The promotion was granted to Mr Bailey in recognition of his fourteen-year voluntary service to the British and Irish Delegation and the Grand Magistry in Rome.
Mr Bailey served as Vice Delegate from 2000-2003 and as Delegate from 2006-2009. His current three-year term as Delegate in Great Britain and Ireland will expire in April 2012.
