c64-200x270London, January 2006. The Rt Rev and Rt Hon Lord Carey of Clifton, former Archbishop of Canterbury, and Chairman of the Advisory Council of the London-based Foundation of Reconciliation in the Middle East, (FRME) has invited the British and Irish Delegate of the Constantinian Order, Mr Anthony Bailey, to join its Advisory Council.

FRME seeks to promote conflict resolution and reconciliation, particularly in areas where religion risks becoming a vehicle of incitement and exclusivity, rather than as a medium for tolerance and understanding.

“I am delighted to join a body undertaking such vital work across the Middle East. Membership of the Advisory Council will also allow for the Order and the FRME to develop mutually beneficial projects in the region aimed at fostering greater understanding and tolerance among its various religious groups”. Anthony Bailey said.
