London, February 2014. The Chancery regrets to announce the death on 15 February 2014 of the Right Reverend Monsignor Canon Adrian Arrowsmith, an Ecclesiastical Knight Commander of Grace of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland.
Canon Arrowsmith was first invested into the Order in 1990 and served as a Chaplain of the Delegation for over 24 years. Canon Arrowsmith played an instrumental role in the life of the Order since its inception. He will be greatly missed.
