Rome, September 2013. The Grand Master of the Constantinian Order, HRH The Duke of Castro has decreed the promotion of His Excellency The Most Reverend Lugi Barbarito, GCVO, GCGCO, Apostolic Nuncio Emeritus to Great Britain, as an Ecclesiastical Knight Grand Cross of Grace of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George. He was first invested into the Order in 1986.
Mr Peter Bertoncini was also decreed to the rank of Silver Benemerenti Medal.
