London, October 2011. At the invitation of the Hon Peter Caruana, QC, Chief Minister of Gibraltar, delegation knights and dames participated in the annual celebrations to mark Gibraltar Day in London.

Principal among these was a mass celebrated by the Bishop of Gibraltar, The Rt Rev Ralph Heskett, CSsR, and priests of the Servite community at Our Lady of Dolours Servite Church in Chelsea, London SW10. Many Gibraltarians worshipped at the Church during the Second World War when they were forced to leave the British dependent territory.

The mass was attended by the Chief Minister and other members of the Gibraltar Government. Among delegation knights attending were the Delegate, HE Mr Anthony Bailey, the recently retired Mayor of Gibraltar Dr Anthony Lombard, Jim Dobbin, MP, and HSH Princess Marie-Therese von Hohenberg, Mrs Anthony Bailey.

The Constantinian Order has a long association with Gibraltar and its clerical, state and civic authorities.
