Rome – February 2005. The Grand Master of the Constantinian Order and Head of the Royal House of Bourbon Two Sicilies, HRH Prince Ferdinando of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, on the occasion of the issuing of the latest Activities Report of the British and Irish Delegation, sent the following message to the Delegate, HE Mr Anthony Bailey:
