 Anthony Bailey, Delegate of the Constantinian Order visited Antigua and Barbuda from 12-16 March 2016. The Delegate paid visits to a number of charitable projects being supported or funded by the Order including the Cathedral of St John the Divine, the Multipurpose Facility in Hatton and the former Catholic Cathedral of St Joseph’s and St Patrick’s in the country’s capital.

During his Official Visit to Antigua and Barbuda, Delegate Anthony attended the Commonwealth Day Reception at Government House hosted by the Her Majesty’s Governor General, HE Sir Rodney Williams, a Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Order of Francis I.

Anthony also held official meetings with Hon Gaston Browne, Prime Minister and Hon Charles Fernandez, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Anthony also received a report form Bishop Richards on the Antilles Episcopal Conference Youth Assembly which was held in Antigua in June 2015 which was supported with a sizeable donation by the Constantinian Order.

The charitable programme in partnership with the Diocese of St John’s-Basseterre, was launched on the occasion of the highly successful Official Visit of the Grand Master HRH Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro and the Grand Prior, HE Renato Raffaele Cardinal Martino, and delegation to Antigua and Barbuda in November 2014.

The final installment of the Order’s donation will be made in the coming days with expected completion of the works in late 2016.
