CO FILondon, March 2016. HE The Delegate, Anthony Bailey, during February and March 2016 undertook the following engagements on behalf of the British and Irish Delegation.

  • 2 February 2016 – Meeting with HE Daniel Mulhall, Ambassador of Ireland at the Irish Embassy, London SW1.
  • 3 February 2016 – Meeting with HE Péter Szabadhegy, Ambassador of Hungary at the Hungarian Embassy, London SW1.
  • 9 February 2016 – Meeting with HE Mr Karl Hood, High Commissioner of Grenada, London W14.
  • 9 February 2016 – Attended “Faith and the Crown” theological discussion and Vespers in the Chapel Royal at Hampton Court Palace, Middlesex celebrated by the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster and with a sermon delivered by the Bishop of London.
  • 10 February 2016 – Meeting with HE Dr Kevin M Isaac, High Commissioner of St Christopher & Nevis, London W8
  • 10 February 2016 – Meeting with HE Karen-Mae Hill, High Commissioner of Antigua and Barbuda, London W1.
  • 21 February 2016 – Attended Mass celebrated by the Chaldean Catholic community in Britain at The Holy Family Catholic Church, London W3 which was followed by lunch.
  • 23 February 2016 – Attended the Reception of 8th Anniversary of Kosovo’s Independence at the Embassy of Kosovo in the presence of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, London WC1.
  • 29 February 2016 – Attended a reception to present the new Irish Cultural Centre at the Irish Embassy, London SW1.
  • 1 March 2016 – Hosted a Council Meeting of the British and Irish delegation of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order o St George at The Travellers’ Club, London SW1.
  • 13 March 2016 – Visited the Hatton Multipurpose Facility, St Joseph’s and St Patrick’s RC Church accompanied by the Most Reverend Kenneth D Richards, Bishop of St John’s – Basseterre, St John’s, Antigua & Barbuda.
  • 14 March 2016 – Paid a Courtesy Call on HE Sir Rodney Williams, Governor General of Antigua & Barbuda at Government House, St John’s.
  • 14 March 2016 – Attended the March Pass and The Queen’s Commonwealth Day Celebrations presided over by HE Sir Rodney Williams, Governor General of Antigua & Barbuda at Government House, St John’s.
  • 14 March 2016 – Paid a Courtesy Call on Hon Gaston Browne, Prime Minister and Hon Charles Fernandez, Foreign Minister of Antigua & Barbuda at the Office of Prime Minister, St John’s.
  • 14 March 2016 – Attended the Dedication and Blessing Ceremony of the New West Building at St Joseph’s Academy, St John’s.
  • 15 March 2016 – Meeting with Hon Dr Timothy Harris, Prime Minister of St Christopher & Nevis and Hon Vincent Fitzgerald Byron Jr, Attorney General and Minister of Justice, St John’s.
  • 15 March 2016 – Presentation of Funds ceremony to The Rev Canon Ernest Flemming BA, Dean of the Anglican Cathedral of St John the Divine, St John’s.
  • 16 March 2016 – Visited the National Archives at Government Headquarters, Basseterre, St Christopher & Nevis. Visited the island of Nevis.
  • 18 March 2016 – Paid a Courtesy Call on The Rt Hon Dr Keith Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada and Hon Alexandra Otway-Noel, Minister for Implementation, St George’s.
  • 18 March 2016 – Meeting with Hon Antony Boatswain, Minister of Education and Human Resource Development, Hon Gregory Bowen, Minister for Communications, Works, Physical Development, Public Utilities & ICT and Hon Alvin Da Breo, Minister for Information, Communication & Technology, St George’s.
  • 18 March 2016 – Attended dinner hosted by HE Joslyn Whiteman, former High Commissioner of Grenada to the Court of St James, St George’s.
  • 18 March 2016 – Presentation ceremony at the St Joseph’s Convent, St George’s.
  • 18 March 2016 – Presentation ceremony at The New Life Organisation (NEWLO), St John’s.
  • 18 March 2016 – Visited St Patrick’s Roman Catholic School and Cedars Shelter for Abused Women and their Children, Sauteurs.

Grenade, Governor General of Grenada at the Governor General’s Residence, St George’s.
  • 19 March 2016 – Presentation ceremony at Grand Anse Home or the Aged.
  • 19 March 2016 -Presentation ceremony at the Social Development Centre, Grand Anse.
  • 19 March 2016 – Presentation ceremony of handing over two vehicles to the Diocese of St George and NEWLO at the Office of the Governor General.
  • 19 March 2016 – Farewell lunch hosted by the Governor General of Grenada at her residence. The Prior of the Delegation, Archbishop Robert Rivas and the Foreign Minister of Grenada were among those attending.
  • 21 March 2016 – Attended reception in honour of HE Alderman Baroness Scotland of Asthal, QC, Secretary General elect of the Commonwealth, at the High Commission of the Commonwealth of Dominica in London SW5.
  • 23 March 2016 – Lunch meeting with HE Sir Tapley Seaton, GCMG CVO, Governor General of St Christopher & Nevis at the Royal Garden Hotel in London W8.
