London – February 2012. The Chancery regrets to announce the death in January of Mr Joseph O’Connor, KM, KC*HS, a Knight of Merit of the Constantinian Order within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland. Mr O’Connor was first invested into the Order in 2002 and was an active member of the delegation in Ireland.
The Chancery also regrets to learn of the death on 11 February 2012 of Mr Joseph Gaggero, CBE, KHS, a Knight First Class of the Royal Order of Francis I within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland. Mr Gaggero was invested into the Order in October 2011 at a ceremony held in London and was a prominent businessman from Gibraltar.
