London, January 2015. The Delegate for Great Britain & Ireland, HE Sir Anthony Bailey, represented the Grand Master of the Constantinian Order, HRH The Duke of Castro at the memorial mass held in memory of Mr James Dobbin, MP a Knight of Merit with Star of the Constantinian Order. The mass was held on 14 January 2015 at St Margaret’s Church, Westminster Abbey, London SW1 and was attended by parliamentarians from both Houses of Parliament and His Grace The Most Rev Peter Smith, Archbishop of Southwark, delivered the sermon.
Amongst the knights and dames of the British and Irish Delegation in attendance were Vice Delegate for England Prof The Lord Alton of Liverpool, Mr John McIntosh, Mr Kevin Grant, Mr Timothy George and Mrs Elizabeth Thornborough.
