London, April 2011. Vatican City, April 2011: His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI has announced the appointment of the Rt Rev George Stack, Auxiliary Bishop of Westminster and the Sub Prior of the British and Irish Delegation of the Constantinian Order, as the new Archbishop of Cardiff.
