MedalsLondon, June 2006. The Grand Master of the Constantinian Order, HRH The Duke of Castro, has awarded its highest medal, the Gold Benemerenti Medal, to General The Rt Hon Lord Ramsbotham, formerly Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Prisons in the United Kingdom. The award was made in recognition of Lord Ramsbotham’s contribution to prison reform.

HE Mr Anthony Bailey, recently appointed Grand Magisterial Delegate for Inter-Faith and Inter-Church Relations of the Constantinian Order was awarded the same gold medal in recognition of his contribution to inter-religious dialogue and understanding at home and abroad.

The two awards were presented by the Grand Prefect of the Constantinian Order, HRH The Duke of Calabria, at a private ceremony in London.
