Galway, 31 March 2012. The Chancery regrets to announce the death of HE Mr Donal Downes, a Knight Commander of Merit of the Constantinian Order within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland. His Excellency was first invested into the Order in 2002 and was the President of the Association of Papal Orders in Ireland.
