London, May 2014. The Chancery regrets to announce the death on 3 May 2014 of Lady Sternberg, DSS, DFO, a Dame of the Royal Order of Francis I and Silver Benemerenti Medallist of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland.
Lady Hazel Sternberg, wife of longstanding Delegation member Sir Sigmund Sternberg, was first invested into the Order in 2006. She will be greatly missed. Requiescat in pace.
