Royal House2Rome – September 2005. Amidst the beautiful background of the Royal Palace of Caserta HRH The Duchess of Calabria opened a major exhibition featuring the Crown jewels of the Royal Palace of Caserta of the XVIII century. The Duchess was welcomed by the Superintendent of the Royal Palace and Constantinian Dame, Dr Giovanna Petrenga, Constantinian Knight Dr Carlo Schilardi, Prefect of Caserta, and by the President of the Province of Caserta, Alessandro de Francis. For the occasion The Duchess of Calabria was escorted by Professor Leonardo Saviano, member of the scientific committee of the exhibition.

The exhibition will be open until 30 October 2005 and is under the patronage of The President of the Italian Republic, the Royal House of Bourbon Two Sicilies and of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George. Our Order has also offered for the whole period of the exhibition, a precious marble sculpture of Charles III.
