Waterford – 25 June 2003. The Chancery regrets to announce the death of Mrs Florence Riggs, Dame of Grace of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland. Mrs Riggs was invested into the Order in 2001 and was devoted to many charitable and Catholic causes across Great Britain and Ireland.
