obituary-crossLondon – 16 April 2013. The Chancery regrets to announce the death on 15 April 2013 of Mr Mark Railing, a Knight of Grace of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland. Mark Railing was invested in to the Order in 1998.
