Roseau, September 2014. The Secretary General and Magistral Delegate for Inter-Religious Relations, HE Mr Anthony Bailey paid a visit to the Commonwealth of Dominica from 30 September 2014 to 1 October 2014 on behalf of the Grand Master and Cardinal Grand Prior of the Constantinian Order where he met with a number of state and religious dignitaries.
The Delegate met with HE Charles Angelo Savarin, President of the Commonwealth of Dominica which was followed by meetings with HE Hon Reginald Austrie, Acting Prime Minister of Dominica, the Most Reverend Gabriel Malzaire, Bishop of Roseau and HE Cardinal Kelvin Edward Felix, Archbishop Emeritus of Castries.
Mr Bailey also had a tour of a number of charitable projects supported by the Constantinian Order which include the renovation of Our Lady of Fair Haven Cathedral, the building of the Diocesan Youth Centre, the renovation of Our Lady of Morne Carmel Retirement Home and the renovation of St Peter’s Presbytery in Colihaut.
