London, January 2011. A memorial service for The Rt Hon Dame Angela Rumbold (1932-2010) took place at St Martin-in-the-Fields Church on 11 January 2011.
The Delegate HE Mr Anthony Bailey represented the Delegation at the service which was presided over by Lord Carey of Clifton and Bishop Peter Hullah. The Rt Hon Cheryl Gillan MP, Secretary of State for Wales and Sir Ewan Harper CBE, Chief Executive of United Learning Trust were among those attending.
Dame Angela was a Dame Commander of the Royal Order of Francis I.
