Surbiton – 9 June 2010. The Chancery regrets to announce the death of The Right Honourable Dame Angela Rumbold, Dame Commander of the Royal Order of Francis I within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland. Dame Rumbold was invested into the Order in 2006 and was the Chairman of the United Church Learning Trust and a former British Minister.
