Gibraltar – 1 October 2010. The Chancery regrets to announce the death of The Rt Rev Mgr Charles Caruana, CBE, KCHS, KCGCO, Bishop of Gibraltar. Bishop Caruana was a delegation chaplain to the British and Irish Delegation and held the rank of a Ecclesiastical Knight Commander of Grace of the Constantinian Order within the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland. He was invested into the Order in a ceremony held in Gibraltar presided over by the Grand Prefect and Grand Prior of the Order in April 2003.
